Senator Halford moved that the Senate concur in the House amendment. The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House amendment to SENATE BILL NO. 256? YEAS: 19 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 1 Yeas: Adams, Donley, Duncan, Frank, Green, Halford, Hoffman, Kelly, Leman, Lincoln, Miller, Pearce, R.Phillips, Rieger, Salo, Sharp, Taylor, Torgerson, Zharoff Absent: Ellis and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 256(CRA) An Act relating to the offices of mayor and mayor pro tempore of a second class city. The Secretary was requested to notify the House. The bill was referred to the Secretary for enrollment.
